These foods do not need to be eliminated from your diet completely, but it should be noted that certain foods can damage braces or make it more difficult to keep them clean.
Foods to avoid with braces (to prevent damage to braces, wires, teeth)

- Hard Bagels
- Hard Candy
- Carrots (unless cut into small pieces)
- Touch Food (unless cut into small pieces)
- Sugary Food
